Getting here from Chiba Station
Take the South Exit of JR Chiba Station and walk about four minutes towards Shinmachi. We are in room 308 on the third floor of the Dai-8 Higashi Building. If you cannot find it on a first visit, call us and we will guide you in.

Your residence card, passport, copies of anything you have filed before, your company’s certificate of registered matters — whatever relates to the matter. Bring only what you already have.

There are many coin parking lots nearby. The closest to our office is Gofuji Sky Parking (５藤スカイパーキング, 4-7 Shindencho, Chuo-ku, Chiba; open 24 hours), a few minutes' walk away.

We work principally in Chiba City, and take instructions from across Chiba Prefecture and the Tokyo area. If you are further away we consult online and exchange documents by post or electronically.

- Our hours are 10:00 to 19:00. Weekends, holidays and evenings are available by advance appointment. We may already have commitments on some days, so please contact us early by phone or the form.
- Do you consult online?
- Yes. If you are far away or find it hard to visit, please use the online option.
- Which immigration office handles applications in Chiba?
- Residence applications for people living in Chiba Prefecture are handled by the Chiba Branch Office of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Services Bureau. We file on your behalf.
