A legacy from my grandmother

I grew up in a lively household at the foot of Mount Fuji. My grandmother welcomed everyone, regardless of social standing, with patience and warmth — she was a "mother" to all who came to our home.

Watching her over the years, I learned that "love and gentleness" are the foundation of every human relationship. That experience is at the very root of how I run this office today.

The spirit of "Jin & Gi"

After becoming an independent administrative scrivener, my first work was greeting foreign technical interns at Narita Airport. People with different languages and cultures placed their trust in me despite their anxiety — answering that trust became my mission.

The benevolent person becomes one with all things (Confucian teaching)

"Jin and Gi" mean putting the other person first and engaging with sincerity. From the day I opened this office, I have valued being a place where anyone can comfortably seek advice.

A decision during the COVID pandemic

In early 2020, four Vietnamese trainees who tested positive for COVID-19 lost their place to recover. Together with my wife, Zhao Shiman, I decided to take them in and care for them at our own home.

Through negotiations with the Chiba Prefecture health authorities, we secured free medical treatment. That experience became the seed for founding the "HeartBridge Cooperative."

A cooperative founded with my wife. Built on the ideal of bridging communication and trust between foreign workers and Japanese employers, we provide round-the-clock support.
