Let’s Prepare a Checklist
In visa applications, screening can be delayed because of defects or missing documents. Before applying, check the required documents and prepare them so that nothing is missing. Here, taking a general work visa application as an example, we have summarized the main required documents.
Main Required Documents
- Application for a Certificate of Eligibility
- Résumé and work history
- Employment contract or letter of job offer
- Certificate of registered matters and financial statements of the company
- University graduation certificate or certificate of professional qualification
- Copy of passport, photograph
Points to Watch Out For
Make sure the documents state the latest information and check that there are no omissions or typographical errors. Certificates are often required to have been issued within the past 3 months, so obtain them in line with the submission deadline. Also, be sure to check that there are no inconsistencies between the application form and the attached documents.
